Welcome to CrossFit Oakleigh

CrossFit Oakleigh is an exceptional fitness center based in Melbourne's south east suburbs with a fully equipped training facility offering Mobility, Strength - Strongman / Strongwoman, Kickboxing, Olympic Lifting and of course, CrossFit training. Our aim is to develop fast, strong, agile trainees while having a great time in a friendly environment.

Our commitment is to work with you every step of the way to fitness, including diet, training and recovery. Our personal attention to our members means that our training is applicable to anyone, from the already fit to those taking their first steps into fitness at 50.

Our coaches are specially trained and have years of experience. Our head coach Scott Comber is an IronMan, qualified Olympic Weightlifting coach and an avid CrossFit competitor.

We run affordable classes several times a day, six days a week. Check out our prices and timetable for more details.

Learn the Basics

No matter who you are it's a good idea to spend an hour with one of our coaches so you can either learn the basics or brush up on your skills.

This is free and a great way to familiarise yourself with the gym.

Once you've finished your foundation class you're ready to get started!

Learn all the basics you'll need for our regular classes with personal attention from our CrossFit Coaches.

$40 / 1 hour Session

 

Personal Training

Get personal help and direction with a one on one session with one of our certified coaches and get a bonus 30 day strength and/or Olympic weight liftingprogram.

$69 / 45 min Session
